CONFERENCE SPONSORS

Select companies are eligible for sponsorship at any NYSAIS event offering and Exhibitor Showcase.  Purchase of a table space is a pre-requisite. Your company and URL will be included online and in the printed material for each event you sponsor.

Business Affairs Conference


Sponsorship fee includes:

  • Your company acknowledged for providing support for the event of your choice (e.g. keynote speaker, cocktail hour, wine at dinner)
  • A brief description and contact information on the NYSAIS Conference Page
  • One hardcopy of the NYSAIS directory
  • Business logo and description in the hardcopy (handout) program for the conference you are sponsoring (if available)

Spending of Sponsorship Funds:

In general, the Sponsorship Fund supports the professional development of the faculty and staff of NYSAIS schools, ensuring that all schools have access to programs and conferences.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted via email no later than 10 days prior to the day of the conference. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. An email to diana@nysais.org should be received no later than 10 days prior to the conference. Requests for refunds received after this deadline will not be considered.
