Select companies are eligible for sponsorship at any NYSAIS event offering and Exhibitor Showcase. Purchase of a table space is a pre-requisite. Your company and URL will be included online and in the printed material for each event you sponsor.

Any other residential event held at Mohonk Mountain House, by request
Sponsorship fee includes:
- Your company verbally acknowledged for providing support for the event of your choice (e.g. keynote speaker, cocktail hour, wine at dinner)
- A brief description/Logo on the NYSAIS Conference Schedule Page
- One hardcopy of the NYSAIS directory
- Business logo and description in the hardcopy (handout) program for the conference you are sponsoring
- Attendance at the sponsored session by two representatives, who can be different from those attending the Exhibitor Showcase.
In general, the Sponsorship Fund supports the professional development of the faculty and staff of NYSAIS schools, ensuring that all schools have access to programs and conferences.
All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted via email no later than 10 days prior to the day of the conference. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. An email to firstname.lastname@example.org should be received no later than 10 days prior to the conference. Requests for refunds received after this deadline will not be considered.
