Your company is invited to exhibit during our exhibitor showcase at the beautiful Mohonk Mountain House. Our many conferences will give your organization exposure to NYSAIS schools, as well as schools from neighboring states. The exhibitor showcase is during cocktails and dinner. Please check all dates and times when filling out the registration form.
Please note: NORMALLY Full event registration is not open to exhibitors and every lecture room seat is reserved for school personnel professional development only.
**NEIT exhibitors may purchase a lecture seat for the entire conference AFTER table purchase for the exhibition night**

Registration and Credit Card Payment
$1000 per company table (2 representative limit per table)
Exhibitor fee includes:
- 1 draped table during Exhibition Night (approximately 6' long)
- 2 representatives permitted into Exhibition Night
- Listing in Exhibitor Directory
- Listing on NYSAIS website - Online Exhibitor Directory
- Hard Copy Attendee List the day of the Exhibition
- Exhibitor Directory descriptions and contact information for listings - 3 weeks before the event
- Advertisements - 2 weeks before the event
