  1. Can you forward a list of the anticipated vacancies available?
  2. Electronic Job Fair Job Board access instructions will be sent to pre-registered candidates about one week before the event. This is a separate database from the general job postings on the NYSAIS website. Only NYSAIS member schools may post on the general listing. The Electronic Job Fair Job Board includes postings from all schools attending the event, which does include non-NYSAIS Independent Schools.

    Candidates can access general (NYSAIS Member School) job postings at any time at the NYSAIS website under Career Center /  Job Postings. Or, can look directly on NYSAIS member school sites for employment or career opportunities. This information is posted directly by the schools and is updated regularly.

  3. Can someone who hasn’t pre-registered still attend and register the day of the job fair?
  4. Yes, please complete the registration process here

  5. What if I am unable to attend the Job Fair?
  6. The candidate schedule is meant as a guideline to provide you with as much information as to plan your day. Please come to the Job Fair at the time you are able to attend keeping in mind that meeting and networking with school representatives will take place from 10:00 am until 1 pm.
