Find receipts and invoices

Orders holds the invoices and receipts for NYSAIS event registrations placed by anyone at your school. Grab a PDF for reimbursement, an invoice for a purchase order, or a full-year download for finance.

Before you start

You need the Orders permission (or admin access). Only records for registrations placed after July 1, 2022 are here – the old site’s history did not migrate. For anything older, contact support.

Steps

  1. Open the Orders tab in the portal menu.
  2. Find the registration you need. Filter by date, event, or registrant if there are many.
  3. Open the order and choose View, Print, or Download for the invoice or receipt.
For your finance office. If someone at your school is not listed as a portal user but placed a registration, their order still appears here as long as the school domain matched at registration time.
