Add or replace your school banner image

By default, if your school has not uploaded a banner, nysais.org inserts a stock photo anywhere your school appears in search results. Adding a real image is the single biggest visual upgrade to your profile – and it makes you eligible for the rotating school image on the NYSAIS homepage.

Before you start

You need the Profile permission (or admin access). Have a landscape-orientation photo ready – a wide school shot, a campus view, a hallmark building. High-resolution beats scaled-up.

Steps

  1. Open the Profile tab in the portal menu.
  2. Click the blue pencil in the lower right of the page to enter edit mode.
  3. Scroll to the Banner section and upload your image.
  4. Save.

Get on the NYSAIS homepage rotation

Once your banner is uploaded, submit a support ticket and ask us to include your image in the rotation of member-school photos shown on the NYSAIS homepage.
